Stephen's inspiration for the piece:
"My inspiration for this piece came from admiration of nature's ability to create the complexity of a creature using only a simple 4 letter code. Just as we engineer the genes of mice to better model human disease, it seemed only appropriate for me to construct my own mouse from the sequence of the human genome."
