The order isn't what I expected, what is your refund/return policy?

We understand the risks of shopping online, so if the order isn't what you expected return it to us within 30 days of delivery and we'll be happy to issue you a refund. If you'd like to exchange it for something else please contact us with the item you'd like instead and we'll go from there!

What type of payments do you accept?

We accept payments from Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal.

Oh no, I put the wrong shipping address down! Can I change it?

No worries! Just contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and we'll change your shipping address. 

Which shipping companies do you use?

We use the United States Post Office (USPS). If you'd like us to use another service such as FedEx or UPS, we'd be more than happy to honor that request, however, it will be at an additional shipping cost. Just contact us and we'll work it out with you.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! In fact, almost half of our orders come from abroad. We ship First Class International which does not provide tracking nor a delivery estimate. Delivery times vary greatly from country to country, but should take anywhere from 1 to 8 weeks. Please note that First Class International packages are not trackable, and as such, are not insured or guaranteed for delivery. 


Are there customs fees on international orders?

Some countries impose customs duties on imported goods. You will be responsible for the payment of any customs duties and taxes. The rates of customs duties and the items to which they are applicable are decided by the customs authorities in each country and can vary greatly. Please contact the customs authorities in your country for details.

How long will my order take to arrive?

We ship within 1-5 days of the order date. US orders are shipped First Class via USPS and should arrive within 3-10 business days. International orders should arrive within 1–8 weeks.

I have a tracking number, but USPS says my package hasn't shipped yet. What is the status?

Sometimes when we drop off a package at USPS the tracking information won't update until the package arrives at its destination. It's frustrating and defeats the purpose of tracking, but it's out of our control. We assure you the package is in the hands of USPS and ask you to wait patiently.

What if I need my order shipped super fast?

Please place a special note upon ordering with how quickly you'd like it shipped. We will be able to provide expedited shipping at an additional cost.

Will you provide a tracking number once I place my order?

Yes, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. International orders receive a customs number as international tracking numbers are not available through USPS.

Do you provide shipping insurance?

Packages that are insured during shipping will be marked as such in the description of the item. Items are insured and guaranteed for the value of the merchandise.

My package hasn't arrived yet, can I ask for a refund or have another one sent?

If your package is not delivered within 21 days for domestic customers and 45 days for international customers we will refund or replace your order.

Street Anatomy obsessively covers the use of human anatomy in pop culture. Street Anatomy began as a blog to educate people about the field of medical illustration and slowly evolved into an exploration of how anatomy is portrayed in everything from fine art to advertising. We’ve even seen its widespread use in street art and tattoos.

Who's behind Street Anatomy?

My name is Vanessa Ruiz and I am a trained medical illustrator, visual designer, and anatomy fanatic.  I have been running Street Anatomy since 2008. I lovingly package all orders and enjoy nothing more than shipping anatomical art to other anatomy fanatics around the world!

How do I contact the artist to tell them how amazing their art looks in person?

We do our best to put the artist's website on the description of each piece, but if you'd like a personal introduction, we'd be happy to put you in touch with the artist. I know they'd love to talk to you as well!
